The Greek School Parents Association, has been established and defined as the necessary authority for establishing the school and engaging in its daily administrative and operational activity.
The key mission of the association is to support the education of “Athena” students by expanding and fostering relationships among the school, parents, and teachers. The association is in a constant request for continued parental involvement to help build a better educational environment for our children.
The association is critical in providing resources and tools to assist teachers and administration in doing their work better.
The association in collaboration with the school’s teachers is also responsible for organizing and participating in numerous after school activities with cultural, arts and athletic backgrounds thereby bringing our kids closer to the Romanian and International Society.
The association is also responsible for fundraising activities, which support the annual finances of the school and more importantly the annual fees of families that do not have the means to.
We are also involved in efforts to help the local community.
Subject to the elections that took place early this year, the following members have been elected to represent and form the management team of the association:
